We’re sorry you have to cancel.

Please note the following cancellation/refund policies:

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as detailed below:

  • Workshops and LIVE webinars are subject to cancellation policy below.

  • Pre-recorded webinars are non-refundable.

  • Digital products are non-refundable, but may be returned for store credit within 7 days. Specific restrictions apply.

  • CDs and DVDs still in original packaging may be returned for a full refund. If opened but still in working order, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • All other physical products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided they are in resellable condition.

LIVE! Workshop and Webinar Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • 30 days or more prior to event: 100% refundable

  • 29 – 21 days prior to event: 75% refundable

  • 20 – 14 days prior to event: 50% refundable

  • 13 – 7 days prior to event: 25% refundable

  • less than 7 days prior to event: 0% refundable

Please allow a week for processing. Your credit/debit card company may take up to two billing cycles to reflect any refunds. This is beyond Immediate Immersion’s control.
